Elbow Pain & Injuries

Tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, bursitis, and post-fracture recovery.

85%+of tennis elbow cases resolve with conservative physiotherapy
Overview

Elbow pain might sound like a minor complaint, but when your elbow hurts it affects everything — from lifting a bag to turning a key or typing at a desk. Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow are among the most common conditions we treat, and with the right programme both respond very well to physiotherapy. We also manage elbow bursitis, post-fracture stiffness, and cubital tunnel syndrome.

Conditions we treat
Lateral Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow)
Overuse injury of the lateral elbow tendons causing pain with gripping, twisting, or extending the wrist.
Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer's Elbow)
Inflammation at the inner elbow tendon causing pain with gripping and wrist flexion activities.
Elbow Bursitis
Swelling and inflammation of the olecranon bursa at the back of the elbow from impact or repetitive pressure.
Post-Trauma Rehabilitation
Restoration of elbow mobility, strength, and function after radial head, olecranon, or humeral fractures.
Ligament Sprains & Strains
Medial or lateral collateral ligament injuries causing elbow instability or pain under load.
Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow causing tingling in the ring and little finger.
Common symptoms
  • Pain on the outer or inner side of the elbow
  • Pain with gripping, twisting, or lifting
  • Weakness or reduced grip strength
  • Swelling or tenderness at the elbow joint
  • Stiffness — difficulty fully straightening or bending the arm
  • Tingling or numbness into the forearm or fingers
You don't need a diagnosis to book. Just describe what you're feeling and we'll help identify the cause.
Our approach

How we treat
elbow pain & injuries.

01

Eccentric Loading Protocols

Evidence-based tendon loading progressions for tennis and golfer's elbow, proven to drive tissue repair.

02

Manual Therapy & Mobilization

Joint mobilization and soft-tissue work to restore elbow range of motion and reduce pain.

03

Ultrasound & TENS Therapy

Modalities to reduce inflammation and provide pain relief in acute and chronic elbow conditions.

04

Kinesio Taping

Elbow taping to offload irritated tendons and support correct movement patterns during daily activity.

05

Strengthening & Conditioning

Progressive forearm, wrist, and elbow strengthening to rebuild functional capacity and endurance.

What to expect

Your journey to
recovery.

01

Elbow & Upper Limb Assessment

Assessment of strength, range of motion, tendon sensitivity, and functional limitations in everyday tasks.

02

Load Reduction & Pain Relief

Taping, manual therapy, and activity modification to reduce pain in the initial phase of treatment.

03

Tendon Rehabilitation

Progressive loading of the tendon using eccentric and heavy slow resistance protocols.

04

Return to Full Function

Grip, endurance, and sport-specific progressions to return you to all activities without restriction.
