Do I need a doctor's referral to book?

No. You can call or WhatsApp us directly, and we'll help you schedule your appointment. If you do not have a health card, no referral is required. If you do have a health card and would like to use your health card benefits, a referral is required. We also offer a free consultation, so you're welcome to come in and speak with one of our Physiotherapists to discuss your concerns and treatment options.

What happens on my first visit?

On your first visit we will take your details along with your medical history, and you'll answer a few questions related to your current condition. You will then proceed for a detailed assessment followed by treatment. This process typically takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Will I always see the same therapist?

Yes — that's the whole point of our practice. The therapist who starts your care will finish it. No rotating staff, ever.

What should I wear?

We recommend shorts, tank tops, or loose clothing that makes it easy for your therapist to access the area being treated. You may change at the office if needed.

What do I need to bring?

We are centrally located at Unit 22 Ardenne Emirates, 7-9 Ardenne Road, Kingston-10, Jamaica. Our office has ample and secured parking as well as elevator access.

Yes! We are open Monday–Thursday 8am–7pm and Friday & Saturday 8am–5pm to accommodate our clients. Evening appointments are available to serve you better.
