Neck Pain & Injuries

Mobility restoration after strain, whiplash, or chronic desk tension.

6–10typical sessions to resolve most neck conditions
Overview

Neck pain is one of the most common conditions we treat at MedRehab Professionals. Whether it has built up over years of desk work, been triggered by a car accident, or is that stubborn stiff feeling you just cannot shake — the cervical spine deserves expert attention. Most neck conditions respond very well to physiotherapy, and our structured approach addresses the root cause rather than just masking the symptoms.

Conditions we treat
Technology Neck / Cervical Strain
Muscle tension and postural dysfunction from prolonged screen use and poor sitting posture.
Whiplash Associated Disorders
Ligament and soft-tissue injuries from sudden neck acceleration-deceleration, typically after a road accident.
Cervical Spondylosis
Age-related wear on the cervical joints and discs causing chronic pain, stiffness, or nerve irritation.
Disc Herniation & Radiculopathy
A bulging or ruptured disc pressing on nerve roots, causing pain, numbness, or tingling down the arm.
Cervicogenic Headaches
Headaches originating from dysfunction in the neck joints and muscles, often felt at the base of the skull.
Pinched Nerve (Cervical Radiculopathy)
Nerve compression causing radiating pain, weakness, or tingling into the shoulder, arm, or hand.
Neck Stiffness & Muscle Spasm
Acute or chronic muscle tightness limiting rotation and extension, causing significant discomfort.
Cervical Stenosis
Narrowing of the spinal canal placing pressure on the spinal cord or nerve roots.

  • Headaches that start at the base of the skull
