Shoulder Pain & Injuries

Rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, post-surgical recovery, and overhead sport rehab.

8–12typical sessions for rotator cuff and frozen shoulder recovery
Overview

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body — which also makes it one of the most vulnerable. Pain here can creep in gradually from repetitive strain or arrive suddenly from an injury. Either way, it limits nearly everything: reaching, lifting, dressing, sleeping. We treat the full spectrum of shoulder conditions with a structured, hands-on approach designed to restore both comfort and confidence in your movement.

Conditions we treat
Rotator Cuff Tears & Tendinopathy
Partial or full tears of the rotator cuff causing pain, weakness, and limited overhead function.
Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis)
Progressive stiffening of the shoulder joint capsule causing severe loss of movement and deep aching pain.
Shoulder Impingement
Compression of tendons under the acromion causing pain when lifting the arm, especially overhead.
Bursitis
Inflammation of the shoulder bursa causing localised pain, swelling, and tenderness with movement.
Labral Tear
A tear in the cartilage rim of the shoulder joint causing pain, clicking, and a sense of instability.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Rehabilitation following rotator cuff repair, labral surgery, or shoulder replacement procedures.
Shoulder Instability
A feeling that the shoulder may dislocate or give way, often from ligament laxity or previous dislocation.
Tendinitis
Inflammation of the shoulder tendons from repetitive overuse, causing pain and restricted movement.
Common symptoms
  • Pain when reaching overhead or behind the back
  • Night pain that disrupts sleep
  • Reduced range of motion in all directions
  • Weakness when lifting or carrying objects
  • Clicking, grinding, or catching sensation
  • Shoulder feeling unstable or ready to give way
You don't need a diagnosis to book. Just describe what you're feeling and we'll help identify the cause.
