Vestibular Therapy

Treatment for dizziness, vertigo, motion sensitivity, and balance confidence.

What is this?

Vestibular therapy helps retrain the systems that keep you steady: inner ear input, vision, balance reactions, and body awareness. When those signals conflict, simple movements can trigger spinning, nausea, or unsteadiness. We identify the pattern and use targeted repositioning, gaze work, balance drills, and graded movement to restore confidence.

Who is it for?

Patients with vertigo, dizziness when changing positions, post-concussion imbalance, motion sensitivity, or balance problems linked to the vestibular system.
