Physiotherapy
The terms "physiotherapy" and "physical therapy" mean the same and are used interchangeably, as are the terms “physiotherapist” and “physical therapist”. The focus is on drug-free pain relief and maximum function. Physiotherapy prevents or lessens some of the physical problems that are associated with injury, disease, disability, birth defects or long periods of inactivity.
